Broad Lane, Nantwich 

Welcome to the public consultation webpage for Nightingale Land’s proposals for a residential development of up to 75 homes at Broad Lane, Nantwich.

Situated directly to the south of Nantwich, the site (shown outlined in red) lies just outside the defined settlement boundary, within the Stapeley and District Parish.

Site Description and Access:

The site comprises a single agricultural field, which measures circa 3.8 hectares and is roughly triangular in shape.

 

The site is bounded by residential properties on Broad Lane to the north.  This includes the property at number 6 and adjoining existing farm access track, the former of which is proposed for demolition to facilitate the main site access.  To the west the site is bounded by hedgerow and Batherton Lane.  To the south and east the site is bounded by hedgerow, beyond which is agricultural land.

After the application is submitted, the Council will carry out its own statutory consultation, notifying local residents.
